Speech Recognition in Policing

Join us at the Joint Security and Resilience Centre HQ in Cambridge for a showcase event demonstrating the latest speech recognition software advancements to government and policing colleagues. The day will consist of a showcasing period for industry to demonstrate their technology, as well as a roundtable discussion.

The objectives are to demonstrate the latest voice recognition software to Government and Police colleagues, highlighting its capabilities and applications in policing and develop industry-Government/Police collaboration in this area. There will be senior Policing and Government officials at the event.

The day will provide industry partners a platform to present their cutting-edge innovations, enabling Policing and Government officials to explore how emerging technologies can enhance improve policing outcomes and save Police resources.

As part of the day, the Home Office will outline its priorities in this area and discuss opportunities to support the Department in the future. It will take on board feedback from industry to aid developments…
