ABOUT JSaRC
The Joint Security and Resilience Centre (JSaRC) is part of the UK Home Office, dedicated to addressing some of the country’s most critical national security challenges. By building partnerships between government, academia, and industry, JSaRC ensures that the UK is well-equipped to tackle evolving security threats.

Abu Ahmed, Head of JSaRC.
I would like to take this opportunity to outline the JSaRC organisation and the wider Homeland Security Group (HSG).
Our mission is to work with other areas of Government to enable their engagement with the private sector, primarily the security sector, and academia to respond to and deliver solutions to national security challenges. Success for us is enabling Government, the security industry and the private sector to work together to create a safer environment for our citizens both here in the UK, and abroad.
Welcome to JSaRC.

JSaRC HQ
Welcome to our very own collaboration space here at Cambridge. Our HQ office opened back in May 2022. This office was created to help us at JSaRC create a dedicated collaboration space in Cambridge available for industry showcase events, product demonstrations and networking. Located just next to Marshalls in Cambridge, the space can accommodate up to 200 attendees and is designed to foster meaningful engagement between industry and government.
Since the opening of HQ, JSaRC has hosted several successful and engaging events hosting the Security Minister, Knife Crime roundtable inviting suppliers from the security sector and other networking opportunities.
JSaRC HQ is tucked away and conveniently located 3 miles from Cambridge city centre by car. With accessible motorway links and free parking on site along with direct trains coming in from London, JSaRC offers convenience, suitability and a platform to showcase and deliver your event.
If you have an innovative product, service or idea that could support the UK’s national security objectives, we want to hear from you. We’ll work with you to facilitate the right audience — from operational users to policy teams — and help you tell your story.
